About ceremony

What is ceremony and why is it important?

Ceremony is a form of sacred ritual bringing community together for the purpose of witnessing individual experiences.
It is fundamental in revealing that we are not alone.

What does your ceremony include?

An intentional safe, confidential container led by experienced facilitators. Participation in the creation of a community alter. Healing music. Guided group healing sessions. The goal of exploring a deeper understanding of the many stages of grief.
Lasting deep connections.

How to prepare for your ceremony?

Bring your vulnerable and authentic heart into ceremony which encourages movement of raw and buried emotions.
Curiosity creates a new angle from which you can view those emotions.
Intention builds a framework for deeper release and allows room for additional layers of healing.

Please bring a picture of your loved one, pet, homeland or any small item that represents your grief to be placed on the alter. Examples include fresh or dried flowers, leaves, wood, stones, earth, water, crystals, clothing, candles or other natural items.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle as staying hydrated is important when moving energy through our body.

Please set an intention on what you may desire to work with or release while in ceremony.

We Would Love to Hear From You!
